Local Orders (Australia):

All our Australian bride orders are shipped via Australia Post. All Australian orders are tax-inclusive and will not incur any additional charges.

• We charge a flat rate of $40AUD for bridal gowns & separates
• We charge a flat rate of $15AUD for jewellery and accessories.

International Orders:

Our international bride orders are shipped via either Australia Post or DHL. Please note all international orders are tax-exclusive. This means that taxes and duties will be levied on import according to the rules and regulations of your local government. These fees vary from country to country, and Bo & Luca does not bear any responsibility for these charges.

• Standard shipping - we charge a flat rate of $70AUD for bridal gowns & separates via AU Post.
• Express shipping - we charge a flat rate of $120AUD for bridal gowns & separates via DHL.
• Accessories shipping - we charge a flat rate of $40AUD for jewellery & accessories via AU Post.

Local Orders (Australia):

All local orders are delivered via Australia Post, and ordinarily take 2-4 working days from dispatch to delivery.

• In-stock items (including jewellery, headpieces, handbags, and outlet pieces) are ordinarily dispatched within 2 working days of payment receipt. We will notify you by email if we cannot proceed with sending out your purchase on following day.
• Made-to-order pieces have varying lead times, due to the handcrafted nature of these pieces. Our production team will be in touch with you once your order is placed, to advise on lead times. We will update you with tracking details and estimated delivery dates, once your piece is complete.

International Orders:

International orders delivered via Australia Post (Standard Shipping), ordinarily take 10-18 working days from dispatch to delivery.

International orders delivered via DHL (Express Shipping), ordinarily take 4-8 working days from dispatch to delivery.

• In-stock items (including jewellery, headpieces, handbags, and outlet pieces) are ordinarily dispatched within 2 working days of payment receipt via Australia Post (Standard Shipping). We will notify you by email if we cannot proceed with sending out your purchase on following day.

Please note that delivery times may be affected by customs clearances, strikes and delivery backlogs. Bo & Luca is not responsible for any unforeseen delays caused by customs, delivery strikes, or backlogs.

We partner with trusted international and local courier companies to ensure reliable delivery of our hand-crafted pieces. Their services include track and trace for all parcels and door-to-door delivery

Once your parcel is dispatched, our production team will send you a waybill number with a tracking link to monitor your order's progress.

Please note that estimated delivery dates are generated shortly after shipment creation, but may be subject to change and may not always reflect the actual delivery date.

Due to the hand-crafted nature of our pieces, lead times may vary on certain made-to-order pieces.

In general, the lead time for Bo & Luca made-to-order gowns is 6-12 months. The standard lead time for made-to-order separates is 3-6 months. The lead time on made-to-order veils & robes is ordinarily 2-3 months.

The standard lead time for Temple made-to-order gowns is ordinarily 6-8 months. The standard lead time for Civil Ceremony made-to-order gowns is 3-6 months.

We can accommodate rush orders should you require your piece to be delivered sooner than the normal lead times. Please note that if your made-to-order garment or accessory needs to be delivered sooner than 2 months from the order date, this may incur an additional rush fee.
