Gable Gown

The Gable Gown is classically beautiful. Diaphanous layers of Italian tulle are adorned with ivory flowers, rendered in bugle beads and sequins, and accented with faux pearls and moonstones. The fitted bodice features a sweetheart lining and a high collar, and the subtle cap sleeves are bordered with delicate beaded lines. The same border encircles the waist and edges the keyhole opening at the back, which fastens with a single covered button. The semi-circle skirt floats gently as you walk, trailing behind in a soft train. The gown closure is an invisible zip at the centre back.

Each Bo & Luca piece is carefully hand-beaded in India by artisans who are trained in the traditional art of tambour embroidery. Our silk is hand-dyed in loose-leaf white tea, which creates a characteristic soft ivory hue. All Bo & Luca gowns are made-to-order and take 6-12 months to create.

The Gable Gown has a close-fitting bodice, and the skirt is fitted at the waist and is true to size.

This gown is made from Italian tulle, and lined with Indian satin.
